Defenders of the Injured: Panzer Law An auto accident often leads to a long hospital stay, multiple surgeries, and permanent injuries. The legal team at Panzer Law will protect your legal right to the compensation you deserve. The first step is to reach out to us for a free case evaluation. How much is your case worth? This is not always an easy answer, as many factors must be evaluated, including the cost of your medical care, current and predicted for the future, the financial losses you have suffered, estimated future financial losses, and the pain and suffering in your case. Our firm could thoroughly evaluate the scope of your injuries and consult with experts to determine the value of your claim or lawsuit.
Your Right to Fair Compensation The insurance company representing the responsible driver is not on your side. Insurance companies are for-profit organizations, and their agents and representatives, no matter how friendly they appear, want to convince you to settle for as little as possible. We know the insurance industry cold and will protect you from this practice. You deserve to recover the damages to which you are entitled under Florida law.

How much is my case worth? The value of your case will reflect the seriousness of your injuries and how the injuries have affected your ability to earn a living and your future quality of life. For more information, we offer a free case consultation to assist you. Only a full valuation will reveal the true value of your claim or lawsuit.
How long will it take to get a settlement? The process of pursuing a settlement involves several actions by our law firm. The first step is developing your case and submitting it to the responsible driver’s insurance company. If the injuries are very serious, it may add time, as the full scope of the damages must be understood and evaluated. In some cases, the insurance company does not respond positively, and it is necessary to increase the pressure by filing a lawsuit or engaging in negotiations or mediation. Although we would love to give you an exact time frame before your case is resolved, the truth is that every case is different.
Do I need a car accident lawyer? If you suffered serious injuries, it is imperative that you have representation from a skilled car accident attorney. Serious injury cases are often complex. If you or a loved one has been seriously injured, you want to ensure that your case is filed in a timely manner, that all supporting evidence is gathered, and that eyewitnesses are interviewed before memories fade – all before any critical evidence is lost or destroyed.
For a powerful and compelling case, supporting evidence, eyewitness reports, and expert testimony can make a dramatic difference in the outcome. At Panzer Law, we manage all aspects of a car accident claim or lawsuit.
What types of compensation should I expect? The damages paid in a car accident will typically include medical costs, lost income from work, now and estimated for the future, as well as personal damages such as pain and suffering, loss of quality of life, and emotional anguish.
What are the most common types of car accidents? Auto accidents occur for many reasons, but the most common reasons for unsafe driving conduct include:
You Matter to Us At Panzer Law, our legal team is compassionate, dedicated, and understands how important your case is to your future wellbeing. We pour the entire energy of our firm into our cases, and we will always keep you informed as it progresses. The bottom line? Our team is dedicated to you, your family, and your future. Our cases are taken on a contingency fee-basis, with no legal fees unless we win for you.
Florida is what is termed a “comparative negligence” state. If you were partially responsible for what occurred, the amount of compensation you are paid would be reduced by the percentage that you are believed to be responsible for.
Unfortunately, many drivers are operating vehicles without auto insurance. If the drunk driver has no insurance or is under-insured, a claim can be filed with your own auto insurance provider. Although a lawsuit could be filed to attempt to seek compensation by another method, these negligent drivers often do not have assets that make this approach successful.
You may be unsure if you have a right to seek compensation. Take advantage of our free case consultation to find out if your case has merit.
Your personal injury claim involves several types of damages, called “economic damages,” which are the financial losses you experienced, and “non-economic damages,” which are more personal and include pain and suffering and loss of quality of life.
Our firm charges nothing unless we recover benefits for you. In a workers’ compensation case, you pay 30% or less when there is a recovery. The amount is often less because we often recover a portion of our attorney’s fees from the insurance company, sometimes 100%, thereby reducing or eliminating your responsibility for attorney’s fees. In a personal injury case, you pay 33% if the case settles before the defendant files an answer in a lawsuit, or 40% if the case does not settle before the defendant files an answer in a lawsuit. Costs work the same way, whereby our costs are paid only if we recover benefits for you. In workers’ compensation cases, we often recover part of our costs, sometimes 100%, thereby reducing or eliminating your responsibility for costs. You pay nothing unless and until we recover benefits for you.
While a minor injury could be resolved without an attorney, any case that involves serious injury, catastrophic injury, or loss of life should be managed by a skilled personal injury lawyer.
Every workers’ compensation case is unique. The value will be based on the degree of your injuries, whether they will lead to future challenges, affect your ability to earn a living, require ongoing medical care, and many other factors. To determine the value of your claim will require reviewing your medical condition, valuing the financial losses you have experienced and will experience, and the work restrictions associated with your injuries.
Meeting with a workers’ compensation attorney shouldn’t be an intimidating experience.
Rather it should be useful. In our office, we collect information about your case and help clients to be well informed and comfortable when they come in for an initial consultation. We share important information in at least two ways and develop your case to best handle it for your unique situation.
When you first walk into our office, we’ll sit down and go over the reason for your visit. You will discuss your case with one of our attorneys. If you speak Spanish, you will discuss your case with a Spanish-speaking attorney. One of our staff members will collect information about you and your situation. We will ask you specific questions about your background, your employment, and your injury. Our interview will be extensive and in detail, to obtain the most complete information about your situation. When we are well informed, it allows us to better prepare your case. At the close of the meetings, we may have some tasks for you to do and help us follow up after our meeting, and we will also be running a series of processes after our meeting to start your case as soon as possible.
