Panzer Law, P.A. is a law firm dedicated to the rights of workers injured on the job. Our office has been representing injured workers in Miami and in the surrounding communities since 2001. We would like to assure our present clients as well as any workers who have recently suffered an injury on the job that our offices are open and operating. We remain totallydedicated to handling all claims from start to finish.
Our office is available to assist you regarding all aspects of your worker’s compensation claim. Please note the changes regarding how we will be conducting our practice now and until this crisis has abated:
Do Not Hesitate to Contact Us if You Have a Potential Claim If you suffered an injury, including contracting an illness through contact with a coworker or while you were on the job, do not hesitate to call our office. Even though you may be hesitatingor feeling unsure about bringing a claim because of the current situation where so many workers are being laid off and do not wish to antagonize or upset your employer, it is against the law for any employer to retaliate against you for exercising your rights. Be assured that if you are fired, demoted, transferred, or lose any benefits because you asserted a claim, our office will vigorously and aggressively defend you and prosecute your claim until resolved.
Please note that the overwhelming majority of worker’s compensation claims are settled without any need for claimants to appear in court. Our office is able to request and gather all medical, employment and other records without the need for personal contact. Because of the current situation, we may experience some delays in obtaining records or other documents, however, we will be working on all existing and new cases as attentively and zealously as we did before this crisis began.
If you have any questions or concerns about your present case or have a new claim or matter, please call us or send an email and we will promptly respond. We are here for you and will continue to work diligently and aggressively to resolve your case and to achieve a favorable disposition.
In the meantime, we urge our clients and their families to continue to follow social distancing practices and hygiene, and to only venture from home for essential activities. If we all cooperate, we can hopefully come through this sooner than later.
